This is a mixed level class, suitable for those who have taken classes before as well as those who have started inverting and working on their leg hangs. Pole Fitness is an entire body workout with a particular focus on muscular and core strength! Not only will you tone up & gain strength, but you will improve your posture, flexibility and enjoy one of the most empowering + confidence boosting classes out there! Pranayama Pole pride themselves in creating a unique space where students can feel creative, safe and inspired.
