Want to add some dynamic skills to your repertoire, that are super effective, but actually achievable? In this work shop, you will learn a selection of short, pole based dynamic heels combos. Full of twizzles, kips, heel clacks and drops, you’ll be yeeting and skeeting around the pole like the bad bitch you are. Bad-ass vibes and high energy guaranteed. Heels & Knee Pads Required.
