Join our intermediate/advanced level class, designed for pole enthusiasts seeking to advance their skills! Prerequisites include invert/straddle, outside leg hang, and proficiency in climbing. We offer 3 levels of classes prior to this: absolute beginners, beginners level 2 and upper beginners/intermediate, providing a solid foundation for those progressing towards intermediate/advanced level.
