Ready to expand your pole trick repertoire? Learn some of Kheanna’s favourite flexy shapes. In this workshop, Kheanna will lead you through an extensive full-body warm up to prepare your body for these tricks. She will then provide a thorough breakdown of her chosen tricks, giving you the chance to work on them on both sides. You can decide whether you want to do these tricks on spin or static - completely up to you! Progressions, regressions and variations will be provided.
