PAIGE MALLEN: Signature Tricks Workshop

In this workshop, we will break down some of Paige's signature dynamic static tricks and combinations, including static flares, threads and power spins, with a focus on mechanics, timing and control. Prior experience with shoulder mounts/aerial inverts/confident leg hangs are recommended. This workshop has accessible options and progressions so everyone can work at their level and leave with tools to keep progressing.
