Spice up your choreography with explosive power moves, twizzley kips and drops! We'll break down all the nitty gritty details and you will learn how to create power and height in your kips. Please note: high-quality knee pads are required for this workshop, and pole-specific boots or shoes are highly recommended (closed-toe shoes are preferable for safety reasons and height in your kips!)
