In this workshop we will break down some badass heels sequences with dynamic heels tricks and kips, illusion flips. and drop splits. We will break down the nitty gritty details of how to get power and height in dynamic tricks such as kips. Level: Intermediate & Above *Kneepads and closed toe boots recommended
