Kitty's signature style with heels come from combining pole tricks and dance together. In each class, there will be a sequence incorporating low flow, mid-flow and hight flow. On top of that, there may be tricks added, whether it is basework or aerial tricks. But the main focus would be "dance" those tricks effortlessly. Heels recommended but can come barefoot. Pre-requisite: inverts from floor, comfortable with pirouettes
