Join Suki for an immersive experience in static rotation, where we’ll break down the art of moving around a fixed axis. This workshop focuses on aligning the body to move in unison, allowing you to glide and spiral seamlessly around the pole. Prerequisite: Must be able to invert and shouldermount.
