Learn from the Exotic Generation Flow World Champion herself how to move with liquid, gooey and intricate flow. You will learn an exotic routine in Lola’s signature style that incorporates heel work, sensual low-flow and slinky basework. Lola will also share her top tips for improving your movement quality to create that mesmerising stage presence. Open to anyone who has learnt the basics of pole dance (pirouettes, chair spin etc). Bring your kneepads and heels! 90 mins.
