Beginner Heels! (Studio 2)

Want to try heels but don’t know where to start? This is a totally beginner friendly class for those both new to heels and new to pole. Rather than doing a full choreo with dance style instruction, we will learn a few simple transitions and moves before linking them in a mini flow with some music. We will break down how to do moves differently using heels rather than barefoot and make sure you are super comfortable moving around the pole before making things more complicated! Variations for those with socks if you don’t want to invest in heels yet and more advanced options for those who have a little bit of experience. This class is intended to be accessible for those who have never done a dance class and want to enjoy moving in heels on the pole to music without the challenge of a full choreo class! Please bring platform heels if you have them - and you may wish to bring knee pads or leggings as an option (please still bring pole shorts in case we are doing climbs!)
