Learn from the Exotic Generation Flow World Champion herself how to move like gooey liquid. You will learn a sultry routine in Lola’s signature style that incorporates edgy heel work, pretty pirouettes and slinky basework. Lola will also share her top tips for improving your movement quality to create that mesmerizing fluidity and sensuality. Open to anyone who has some experience in the basics of pole dance (pirouettes, spins etc). Bring your kneepads and heels! 90 mins.
