Put on your heels and join Lara for an exciting session of tricks and stunning splits. Splits aren't a full 180 degrees yet? —Don't worry! Lara will offer variations for all levels so that you get the most out of your session and make improvements within your comfort zone. A basic level of flexibility will help you make the most of this class. Prepare to get Sexy & Splitty!
