Welcome to our dynamic mixed-level class, specially designed for both upper beginners and intermediate pole dancers! 🌟 This class is ideal for those who have surpassed all beginner classes and are starting to explore inversions and leg hangs, as well as those who consider themselves intermediate level, looking to refine their skills. In this class we will focus on building strength, honing technique, and creating gorgeous combos.
