Unravel is a spin flow workshop where we dive deeper into organic movement with and around the pole. Using breath as our tool, we will lean into an intentional flow as we spin. We will unravel different shapes and some favourite transitions in a spin pole sequence, with the goal to reach flow state and obtain a melting sensation.
