In this workshop, you’ll break down and master dynamic pole tricks including a signature one-arm Fan Kick into Split, dramatic split drops, and flips. You’ll focus on strength, control, and flow – with plenty of room to add your own edge. Designed for intermediate to advanced pole dancers who feel confident in heels and are ready to push their limits. This is your space to take risks, get upside down, and bring the heat. Requirements: • Comfortable dancing in heels • Strong pole fundamentals • Kneepads recommended
