HOME:OSTASIS A slow, therapy-infused low-flow pole workshop blending guided flow sequences, freestyle exploration, and somatic movement. In this immersive session, we’ll explore emotional release, embodied trust, relational awareness, and co-regulation through nervous-system-informed exercises, gentle partner or group work, and intentional play. Designed to help you reconnect with your body, attune to give-and-take dynamics and settle into a grounded sense of balance and joy. - heels optional, bring a phone/journal
