A Heels Movement Lab on Fluid Articulation PULSECRAFT — is an intermediate heels pole experience that fuses technical precision with embodied flow. Rooted in a wave-driven sequence, this workshop blends seamless transitions, textual nuance and somatic awareness to build refined body coherence. A dialogue between sensations and control: Expect to refine your heels edgework technique while creating a supportive space for your body to be met and felt.
