sculpt studies: a signature tricks exploration (intermediate) // Saturday 6th June // 1.15pm //

a space to experiment and study: we’ll explore armpit-holds as reliable bases for some of my favorite tricks, including teddy-meathook-, split-, and sit-shapes. you’ll learn to engage your grip with intention, allowing you to find stability and sculpt your own versions of each shape. heels are optional.
